Massive rebalancing. More bug fixes.

• The Ignore card wasn't properly "secretly" adding a new card to the  deck to begin a dark slippery slope.
• Distrust should increase faster.
• Danger increases incident chance more consistently.
• Hunger is more punishing. 
• Being a bad person is now more rewarding.
• Mystery boxes are a little less frequent and have different costs.
• Small adjustments to a few cards that I completely forgot to write down and can't remember now.
• Fixed some more narrative inconsistencies or missing pieces.

Much, much more coming after I'm satisfied with the current balance of things.
